Cautam un director general pentru o cunoscuta companie multinationala care a cumparat un producator din domeniul FMCG (alimentar) in Ucraina, cu peste 1,000 de angajati. Postul este in Kiev, insa productia si principalul centru logistic sunt in alt oras.

Candidatii trebuie sa aiba experienta manageriala relevanta in FMCG, preferabil in companii cu productie si exporturi, in pozitii de CEO sau CEO-1 (director de operatii, supply chain, CFO, posibil si comercial). Principalul rol al noului country manager, in primii doi ani, va fi de restructurare si de remodelare a principalelor departamente si procese: productie, operatii, supply chain, HR, ceva mai putin marketing si vanzari.

Contractul este de 4-5 ani si contine clauze specifice de expatriere.

Va rugam sa trimiteti CV-ul in engleza.
