Cautam un country manager pentru o companie europeana din domeniul tehnologiei care isi va deschide in vara o reprezentanta in Romania. Compania dezvolta solutii pentru sectorul bancar, pe care le-a implementat cu succes in mai multe tari, pana anul urmator urmand sa finalizeze implementarea si pentru una dintre marile banci de pe piata romaneasca.

Noul country manager va conduce toate operatiile din Romania, atat pe cele tehnice, cat si pe cele comerciale si de business development. Vor fi preferati candidatii cu experienta in domeniul bancar (retail) si cei din zona financiara si analitica a marilor retaileri, cu retele extinse. Trebuie sa vorbeasca bine engleza, evident!

Salariul este 3,500-4,000€/ luna net, la care se adauga o parte variabila care poate sa fie extrem de interesanta daca businessul din Romania se dezvolata in acelasi fel in care s-a facut in alte tari. Jobul este in Bucuresti.

A fast growing fintech company and a pioneer of card-linked marketing. We enable retailers to address clients of our partner banks with card-linked offers, targeted based on clients’ previous shopping behaviour. Our partners include major banks and retailers in the region.

In Romania, we will be launching operation with one of the leading banks in Q2 / Q3 this year and are looking for a country manager to help develop and lead the Romanian unit.

The role will feature a varied mix of responsibilities, in particular:

  • Developing relationships with partners from amongst top tier retailers (main focus initially) and banks;
  • Building and managing the local team, esp. in the area of sales / business development and data analytics;
  • Coordinating all the formal requirements for the company’s operation in the Romanian market (legal, tax, …);
  • Overseeing the process of integration of our technical solution with local banks;
  • Monitoring the product reception in the local market and driving specific product development / adaptation initiatives;
  • Understanding the competitive dynamic in the market and co-determining company’s strategy in Romania and, potentially, in other South-east Europe markets;

The candidate will need to be a highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and versatile person. He or she should have a track record of strong performance in challenging assignments and be able to demonstrate leadership, business development and analytical capabilities. The candidate will also need to have excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to liaise with senior-level people at the partner institutions. The position might appeal to candidates with background in consulting or with previous own startup experience, but we are open to consider candidates with varied backgrounds.

            GB este ironic, este precizat foarte clar mai sus ca jobul este in Bucuresti. Daca ne este permis sa deducem, daca o sa luati jobul (sanse zero avand in vedere ca nu a fost clar unde este localizat jobul), o sa fie si deplasari pentru extinderea jobului in tara. Probabil si deplasari in tara de origine a business-ului.

            GB daca imi permiti o sugestie, ar fi ok sa permiti citirea textului doar dupa rezolvarea unei ghicitori simple, a unei ecuatii de gradul 2. Ar elimina o parte din crema posibililor aplicanti.
