On Trade Channel Sales Manager

  • Position: On Trade Channel Sales Manager
  • Reports to: Commercial Director
  • Type of position: Full time
  • Reports: 2 Direct + 25 in total
  • Department: Commercial
  • Location: Bucharest, Romania

Job Purpose: Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Responsibilities

  • Handle total channel’s Revenues and Volume (NLCs) – Sell In to Sub-Distributors
  • Develop a mid and long term planning with Strategic Wholesalers (Sub-Distributors)
  • Manage the Key Customers of the On Trade channel (Contracted Outlets) through the Direct Sales Team (On Trade Developers)
  • Execute the Route to Consumer plans (based on execution KPIs at the point of sale)
  • Implement the Customer Marketing Plans at the point  of sale
  • Introduce the new Sales Force Automation Software and way of working
  • Lead, coach, oversee the activities and monitor performance of the sales team

Experience & Skills

  • University diploma
  • 3yrs plus of on trade channel commercial experience
  • Fluency in English
