Compania isi dezvolta pozitia europeana prin cooptarea celor mai buni specialisti in centrele sale europene regionale din Spania (Barcelona), Austria (Viena) si Italia (Bologna). Position:

We are seeking qualified and talented individuals to join company’s team in Spain. Under direct supervision of the Team Leader, a Security Consultant is expected to deliver high quality projects through strict adherence to our standards and procedures. Description:

  • Seeks to understand customer requirements
  • Offers advice, and/or services to meet customer requirements in conducting ISMS audits

Minimum Qualifications:

Account Manager – Barcelona

We are seeking a qualified and talented individual to join its European team as the Account Manager in Barcelona to cover a select number of iGaming and land-based customers.

Position:

Under the supervision of business development executives, the Account Manager will be responsible for account management of select customers in the iGaming and land-based segments.

Description:

Working as a member of the European sales team, the Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day communications with existing customers to ensure customer maximum satisfaction with our services
  • Support of sales team in scoping of projects, proposal preparation, and sales funnel maintenance and reporting
  • Close coordination with sales team on developing account strategy and maximizing revenues from existing customers
  • Close coordination with service delivery team and sales management to ensure projects delivered on time
  • Supporting finance team with monthly revenue recognition and cash collections
  • Monitoring activities of competitors and any changes at each assigned account
  • Support in preparting reports on weekly/monthly customer activities

Regulatory & QA Assistant – Barcelona

Position reports to Senior Licensing and Regulatory Office – Europe and Quality Manager

Primary Objective:

To assist the Senior Licensing and Regulatory Officer and the Quality Manger by performing and taking responsibility for the administrative tasks defined below:

Specific Accountabilities – linked to licensing and regulatory:

  • Assist in paperwork necessary when applying for the new license and for renewal of existing license.
  • Assist in updating of list on licenses and licensing contacts.
  • Check Regulatory changes for jurisdictions currently held by Spain.
  • Help in doing weekly Regulatory reports and other reporting requirements.
  • Assist in updating of the Reporting of Results Regulatory Requirements document.
  • Assist in update of other documents
  • All other paperwork and reports requested by the Senior Regulatory&Licensing Officer.

Specific Accountabilities – linked to quality:

  • Maintain and control the revision of the document control and distribution of Quality documents on direction of the Quality Manager.
  • Help in design and edit Quality documents.
  • Assist in maintain the Quality records.
  • Perform Q.A. review of reports and projects as required.

System Consultants / Testers – Barcelona, Viena, Bologna

Position Description:

The System Consultant / Tester will develop his work under the direct supervision of a Group Manager. The work consists to do testing, and product evaluation over gaming systems including land based hardware, software and online gaming. Previous experience in gaming systems is not necessary but it will be assessed. The job position may require travel to other offices of the company.

Part of the responsibilities are:

  • Ensuring that all tests necessary for a project are carried out
  • Ensuring the quality of work/tests through strict adherence to company’s standards and procedures
  • Documenting all test results and managing all incidents that are raised on the project
  • Completing projects to agreed deadlines and within budgets.
  • Accuracy of reports, recommendation letters and status reports written for the project
  • Adhering to company’s project management procedures
  • Recording and reviewing time spent
  • Continual improvement and review of our standards and procedures to achieve high quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HTL, FH or University degree in Informatics/Computer Science, Electrical Engineering/Electronics or Mechatronics.

Technical Compliance Engineer – Barcelona

Position reports to: Director of iGaming Operations and Technical Compliance

Position Description:

Primary objective is supporting the Technical Compliance team in updating databases, checklists, report templates and jurisdictional tables according to the updated Regulatory information maintained by the Regulatory Compliance team.

Work with our company’s Quality to ensure reports meet regulatory compliance expectations and requirements. Assist Technical Compliance in maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies for which our EURSAM offices hold responsibility.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Technical Compliance Senior members, ensure Jurisdictional technical requirements are updated correctly and maintained to reflect the most current standards through the use of checklists, methodology documents, report templates and jurisdictional tables.
  • Support our company’s Quality as an internal auditor of QMS.
  • Provide information to our Service Delivery regarding checklists/reports updates.
  • Create GAP analysis between technical standards belonging to different Jurisdictions
  • Participate in appropriate forums and meetings where attendance is required or helps support company’s business development and operation.
  • Assist Senior Vice President, Operations Europe and South America, when necessary, in regulatory licensing projects.
  • Assist in training internal and external engineers and clients to ensure proper interpretation of specific Jurisdictional Requirements
  • Support Technical Compliance and Regulatory Senior team in the organization and maintenance of Compliance related information and Repositories

    Dar niciunul dintre voi doi nu a avut minima decenta sa citeasca fisa initiala a angajatorului. Fisa initiala a jobului. Ca sa ne lamurim. Ca dupa aia urmeaza interviurile reale !
    Dar voi deja visati la „beneficii”, la „pensii” (auzi măi nene, auzi !?) la „nu stiu ce cost al vietii” in nu stiu ce oras, la o Barcelonă, la o relocare a familiei şi voi n-ati fost in stare sa cititi nici macar ce vrea patronul ala de la un eventual angajat! Mama lui de patron ca prost o fi de v-o angaja pe vreunul dintre voi doi!

    Ma intreb de unde ati ajuns la aceasta concluzie? Sa zicem ca salariul este 1.5 din salariu mediu. In Barcelona salariul mediu este de 2500 eur net pe luna, de unde ar rezulta un salariu in zone 3500 – 3700 eur net (daca e peste cu atat mai bine). In Bucuresti salariul mediu net este de 600 eur iar un castig real pentru piata de IT nu este nici pe departe de 5 ori salariul mediu (adica 3000 eur) … putem cere mai multe pareri dar glassdoor afiseaza in general in jur de 1500-2000 eur pentru salariile bune. (iar asta inseamna deja de 3 ori salariul mediu). Acum sa vorbim si de indicele preturilor: Barcelona este cotata undeva la aprox 50% diferenta de cost of living fata de Bucharest… diferenta rezultata si din salariu de altfel. Deci as zice ca viata cu un salariu de 2000 eur in Bucuresti este cam la fel ca in Barcelorna cu un salariu de 3.000 eur. In plus as adauga: bunul simt si mediul de viata, societatea si mediul de lucru, si esti deja pe un plus net. Munca in Romania este mizerabila si nu iti dai seama de umilinte, stres si mizerie decat dupa ce ajungi sa muncesti in conditii normale in alte tari civilizate.

    Problema cu relocarea e urmatoarea : ce salariu net (ce ramâne dupa toate impozitele de acolo) se ofera, raportat la salariul mediu din tara respectiva ? Eu zic ca e undeva la 1,5 salariul mediu din tara respectiva, pe când în Romania în IT câstigi usor de 4-5 ori salariul mediu pe economie, si viata e mult mai ieftina.
    Ce mai e bine de stiut e ca lucrurile care în trecut erau mult mai bine ca în România (sistemul de sanatate, sistemul de pensii, infrastructura), de vreo 10 ani se degradeaza rapid de la an la an în occident. Deci daca te gândesti sa pleci pentru asta gândeste-te de doua ori.
    În occident o duc mai bine ca în Romania cei fara calificare înalta, si asta pe banii celor cu calificare înalta care duc de fapt în spate economia.
